The Theta Chi Palace (12) is located on the west end of campus between West Hall (14), Tudor House (13), and Scholars House (11), as shown on the map provided below.

It was built in 1960 and then renovated in 2000. The house contains a fully operational industrial-sized kitchen, a bar room, a lounge with a big screen television, pool table, and several couches. The Palace becomes fully occupied with 44 brothers. The Palace also offers a half court basketball court, a stone grill, and a full horseshoe pit. The brothers are hoping to make the house completely wireless within the next year.

The Theta Chi house is called the Palace because of its stunning design. With all glass windows surrounding the front of the house on both top floor and bottom floor, and Theta Chi letters engraved in tile on both floors, the Palace offers the feel of royalty, and what it is like to be a Theta Chi.
